The project is to finish flooring on the first floor and the third phase of the roof also on the first floor of the church building in the town of Antofagasta. They are trying to do as much work on the building that they can. The cost is mostly materials such as blocks, cement, and wood. They will need a certified electrician and plumber to do some jobs due to not having anyone with experience.
