They have made this work for many years but are extremely cramped for lack of space. They have been approached by a Christian businessman who has offered to sell them four acres right on the edge of town in a prime location for $38,000. This is only about 30% of the actual value of the land. They would like to purchase this property in order to relocate the church and Bible school.
