Since the Egyptian revolution and crime has increased, it is becoming more and more unsafe for Egyptians in general and Christians in specific to travel throughout Egypt. Furthermore, lately the Egyptian train system has been unsafe and unreliable with days of delays and cancellations of services. Due to Samir's position of leadership he is required to travel often and much of that travel is to many rural areas that requires a vehicle to get to it. This is why he sees the necessity and need for a new or slightly used vehicle that would give them a reliable mean of transportation to facilitate and serve the ongoing ministry throughout Egypt.
